How to Order Rug Samples

Do you offer rug swatch samples?

Yes, for select rug types. Because texture and construction vary, samples aren't available for every product. Here is what's currently offered:

Samples are not available for Doormats, Bath Mats, or standalone Rug Pads. (You can, however, add a complimentary Cushioned Rug Pad sample to your kit—see below.)

How much do samples cost?

Every sample kit starts with a 3-design minimum, and you can add more from there.

For example, a 4-design kit is $32, a 5-design kit is $40, and so on. All of our swatch samples measure a generous 10" × 10".

How do I order samples?

Samples cannot be purchased through our regular checkout. Instead, you'll submit a request using our Contact Us form, and a member of our team will email you a custom invoice to complete your purchase. While it's an extra step, this allows us to personally confirm product availability and ensure we pull the exact designs you want.

To submit your request:

1. Go to our Contact Us page.

2. Fill in your details: Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.

3. Select "Sample Request": Choose this under the Request Type dropdown. The form is dynamic, so sample-specific fields will automatically appear once selected.

4. Enter your addresses: Provide your Shipping Address (please note we cannot ship to P.O. boxes) and a Billing Address if it is different.

5. Choose your designs: In the Sample Choice fields, type in your desired designs. A minimum of 3 designs is required (Sample Choices 1–3), and you can select up to 6.

6. Optional add-on: Check the box to "Add a Complimentary Cushioned Rug Pad Sample" if you would like one.

7. Add final details: Share any additional notes under Additional Details, and attach a photo if helpful.

8. Submit: Click Submit Request.

Once you submit, please allow 1–2 business days for our team to review your request and email your invoice.
