Our products are made to order in the US and shipped directly to your door. Choose free standard shipping, or express shipping on eligible orders if you need it sooner. Once your order is on the way, we’ll send tracking updates so you can follow its progress.

Express shipping is available on eligible products and prioritizes your order in our production queue. Express shipping fees are non-refundable on returns.
Orders containing multiple items may be delivered separately. Check your shipment emails for tracking details for each package.
Shipping Exceptions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, including APO and FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories.
If a P.O. Box is entered at checkout, our team will email you for a physical address. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, your order will be automatically canceled.
Because our products are made to order, some items may require additional production time. Your estimated timing will be shown at checkout and in your order tracking details.

If you do not receive an expected order or tracking email:
Check your spam or junk folder.
Add [email protected] to your safe sender list or contacts.
If using PayPal, Klarna, Google Pay, or Shop Pay, stay on the checkout flow until you are returned to the Ruggable website.
Every Ruggable order includes shipping protection for lost packages or products damaged in transit.
